What is Doc?

Doc? is a free desktop Application, made entirely in FLEX & AIR.
Doc? allows you to view, search and bookmark all your favorite ASDocs. It can also handle some legacy books like the ones you find in Flash CS3 and older. Online books can be downloaded and viewed directly in Doc?.
Local Books
Doc? can now find installed books if they are installed in the default location. It's really easo to enable or remove them and you don't have to search for them yourself. The list is updated automatically through xml, so new locations can be added without requiring an upgrade.
Online Books
It's now possible to download books directly from the web! The days of downloading entire SVN directories just to get the documentation are over! All normal book types are supported and we've even added a list with some popular websites (Papervision 3D, Cairngorm, PureMVC ....) for your convenience!
Inline Search
Just like you can in a normal browser, Doc? let's you perform an inline search. Hit the search button again to search for the next word on the page. 
Search Options
Highlight a search, search for titles & in content. It's possible to search in all your books at the same time or just the one you specify. 
Custom Tree Icons
These tree icons make sure you can easily tell the difference between a package, class, constructor, interface, constant, method ... 
Bookmark Pages
Bookmark your most needed pages to visit them in no-time. Organize/Remove them in the bookmark tab. 
Performance
Internal store and search engine runs now on SQLite instead of .xml files. This of course gives a giant performance boost. It does take some time to index the books, but that's just a small price to pay.
